Aiden St. Delphi will do anything to save Alex. Even if it means doing the one thing he will never forgive himself for. Even if it means making war against the gods.

So when I heard that there was a novella from Aiden's POV this was my first reaction...

Then after reading the novella this was my reaction...

Now the last one might be a little drastic but what we get from this short 74 pages of a book is the love Aiden has for Alex. The pain he wants to take away from her. The steps he will do to make sure Alex is safe. In these 74 pages I felt Aiden's heart just open and I felt every emotion. I felt in some weird way I was Aiden and we were facing it together.

Aiden had to keep Alex safe and in doing so the only way he could think of..well get suggested to do was put Alex on the one thing she always feared...the Elixir.

Aiden had to find a way to halt the connection she had with Seth so that he could keep her safe and by taking control of her, this guaranteed not only her safety but everyone else's as well.

Aiden like mentioned above goes through so much and it is quite relieving in a way that Jennifer wrote this so we could understand what goes on in his mind and what he feels in a more direct way of Alex.

If you have never read this novella, now is the perfect time to do so. This will open the story more for you and allow you to see and live it through the eyes of another.

Happy Reading!
